my favorite audiobook purchase!

this audiobook is absolutely hysterical. it is EASILY my number one audiobook now. the narrator really makes the story and i wish they narrated other books.

i will auto-buy ANYTHING that madeleine grey writes because her sense of humor is just perfect.

The side notes and monologues were good, not a fan of plot.

Liked the audible performance, wasn’t a fan of the story itself. Liked the side monologues of Hera but I don’t agree with her life actions. I can see how this is appealing to people in 20s as these feelings are something commonly experienced.

great writing but horrible story

This book made me giggle from snarky writing, but ultimately made me sad. I recognize a lot of people in the main character. I wish I didn't.

Well written but frustrating characters

Written well enough that you get irritated with the main characters. Held my attention but was ready for it to end when it did. Performance was good, easy to listen to.

Interesting

The circumstances in me made me start this book immediately once I hear age different love story. A little different that I expected, but totally worth reading. I could say captivating. Really liked the voice and the way she reads for us.

Hours of my life I can never get back

predictable, boring, waste of a credit. I do not recommend, narration was very good. Storyline boring and predictable.

Raw and Real

This book captured me because it was so well written I started disliking the Hera. It’s a raw and real look into wanting to love and be loved and how much we try to fit ourselves to fit the mold to be loved. The author had a way with words that made me feel like I was in it and experiencing this along side the characters. Everyone had their quirks, flaws and accomplishments I couldn’t help but cheer and cry alongside them.

Gray did so well building a world I never wanted it to end. This isn’t a typical boy meets girl love story but it shows a different side where the girl loves herself enough that she doesn’t need the guy.

Defs a must read!
