The quote above is vital to ponder when we are confronting a belief system that arthritis is reversible.

Arthritis reversal is more about human potential. On doing research for this audiobook I studied several body-building groups. I found one in Japan where the minimum age is 75 years. That's right; you have to be 75 years old to join. A lot of people think that as we age we're supposed to break down, and that's not true. If you don't drive a car, the car is going to last a long time; but if you don't drive a body, it's going to break down early. With human beings, the more we use our body, the longer it works.

Dr John Bergman is an amazing and skilled man!

I love that he covers so much in such a short book! If you are open to learning and truly want to heal, whether it’s arthritis, depression, or even cancer, this is the man to listen to. He has many seminars and is extremely scientific and articulate in his research. Wish he had more audio books!

Eye Opener

Loved the message. He gives reasons for examining our paradigms derived from past conventions. He goes farther to provide details and methods. I am glad I chose this book to begin a new way of looking at my health, nutrition and exercise.

Dr. Bergman is a very smart Chiropractic Doctor

I have been listening to Dr. Bergman’s YouTube videos for years. He is so smart and gives great realistic advice. Helped me change my mindset, eating, and sleep.

Wow, as a health care practitioner who works with people who have arthritis I was very happy to get a hold of this audiobook. The content is both valuable and usable. It makes both sense and a provides a positive impact when applied. Thanks Dr John, a valuable contribution to the arthritis literature.

I have followed Dr B for years. This book does not disappoint. I wish I could find a health care provider that follows his Philosophy.
