Fearing AI Possibilities?

The first part of this book was not really specifically about AI. Instead, it focused on how to soothe the anxious brain in general. I was glad when the author finally got to talking about AI anxiety, which should have been the focus of the entire book. The author provides a little information to get you up to speed with AI … including how you've already been interacting with it. I think knowing that helps knock down at least a little some of the anxiety you may feel about it. Even better, in the last part of the book, the author discusses the importance of proactively interacting with AI through chat GPT and even how you can use it to enhance your personal and professional life. The author stresses that this is a disruptor technology that will transform our lives from now on, and we must learn to approach it with respect and openness rather than fear. If AI anxiety is something you're experiencing, you may find this book helpful.
