Solid introduction to the world of Keto
The author wrote a very accessible book for those interested in learning the basics of the ketogenic diet. It's a great introduction as it touches on many facets of the diet and its reported benefits. Suitable for the beginner and the curious; other listeners may want a more in-depth treatment.
The narrator does a terrific job of being clear and easy to follow.

The Entire Rundown
I must admit that prior to listening to this book, other than the name, I didn't know anything about the keto diet. This gave me what one could call the entire rundown of what it is, its history, what it consists of, what to avoid while on it, etc. It sure had me interested and I would highly recommend it for anyone who is willing to try it out.

Well rounded info
I really like how this didn't shy away from the potential downsides, really good to have all sides of the information on hand. Also it gave helpful ways to mitigate the negatives. I've been curious about this diet for a while since I fast everyday anyway and this was a wealth of information. Very direct and clear, the narrator does a great job of being informative but not robotic like many other narrators who do informative books. all in all I think it's a great audiobook that's 'easy to digest' well worth a credit

Great information for a healthier life.
If you're looking to lose weight, this book is for you. If you are looking for stronger mental accuity, this book is also for you. And, if you're looking for a better holistically healthy life, again this book is for you. Yes, it lays out a healthy diet plan. But that's only the base of this book. It reviews the science and history of the Keto diet and why this diet works so well in working with several health issues beyond just the desire or need to lose weight. You'll learn foods to eat, foods not to eat, and why. You'll learn ways to incorporate other diet behaviors into the Keto diet. And most importantly, you'll learn how to fit this plan into your day to day life.
