One of the best DG/AR collabs ever

This was one of the best books I’ve read in a long time. Everyone involved did a spectacular job here. More of this please!!!

Great series

The narrator is great and gives a different voice to each character. There’s no dirty language or adult situations. Great for preteens or adults who love witches and mysteries.

Fun Read!

I love this books series. They are well written and the story lines keep you invested the whole way through. Amanda Ronconi does a wonderful job narrating.

I am a real fan of both author and narrator however this book was a little hard to swallow

Crushing it!

This whole series is right up my alley; cozy-witchy-mystery! The stakes are high enough without being anxiety inducing. I am loving the series!

Interesting characters.

Such a great writer! Have read most of her witch & ghost books. They’re all fresh & well written at the highest level.

This booked needed to end they way it did.

I will not spoil the ending for you all, but just know, it needed to end the way it did. Had it not, I probably would not have continued with the series anymore. And I LOVE Danielle Garrett! Her and Amanda Ronconi are usually a tour de force.

Anyway, here is what I can say without spoiling it. The story felt a bit all over the place. It wasn’t until the last two hours that it started to have a focus. That’s rare for DG. And of course the ending saved the series for me. I now look forward to moving in to the next book and learning more about Winterspell.

I have to say… everything she narrates I have to listen to! She has the ability to draw you in with each word! Search her name in Audible.. she definitely brings her own magic to each of her reads no matter the author!

I have fallen in love with this series! This is technically book 3 of the Sugar Shack Witch Mysteries Series, and then between each book is a novella all taking playing place around d a holiday. They are all quick reads or listens and a perfect pallet cleanser for in-between the heaving stuff. Sometimes I need that when I have read something particularly emotionally heavy because I tend to take those emotions into myself.
