Different and bad reader for third book

I had already heard the first book as a standalone but still used a credit to get books 2-3. Book 2 was good, and the performance was great. The reader for book 3 is terrible. Every sentence ends with the same weird cadence. Almost like Jimmy Cagney meets Jennifer Coolidge. It is so distracting.

These were great stories

I loved everything about these stories except when they change narrators. The book narrator is OK, but not nearly as good as the first one happens a lot with her books. But this is a great series like I will continue to buy it.

I wish I had not listened the first two books…

I love this story and all of the characters but you switched narrator’s at book three and I am just not feeling it.

To drawn out and repetitive in the storyline. It felt like the same scenarios were being replayed from different angles.

I could barely get through the third book

The first book had a decent story. The second book had our main character starting to get a little whiny and annoying. By the third book…I’m so tired of listening to the same old stuff over and over and over again. Not to mention the narrator from the third book had no ability to use proper voice inflection, she sounded always like she was actually whining. I wish I could get my credit back. And I have no plans on reading anymore by this author either. The characters were. Not given enough introduction or background to make me really care about them.
