At only eight-years old, JaMarius was a smart little boy with a heart of gold, but he longed to feel like he belonged. Around his mother, JaMarius was constantly reminded that he was a splitting image of his father. For that very reason, his mother didn’t like him. No matter what he did to try to make his mother love him, nothing ever seemed to be good enough. He wanted so badly to know what it was like to be nurtured by his mother, but he never got the chance to experience it. The turmoil he suffered at home and school became too much for him and he knew that he had to find a way out. Loretta chose motherhood as a plot to gain revenge on the man that broke her heart. She figured that by having JaMarius, she would be able to get rich off him from his father. But, when his father wants nothing to do with her and she doesn’t get a dime for child support, she takes all of her anger out of JaMarius.
