Amazing information
Honestly loved this from the start. It explained gut health in a way that actually made so much sense. I finally connected the dots between my random energy crashes, bloating, and even sleep issues. The parts about probiotics and the gut-brain connection were super interesting too. Plus they gave real steps to follow, not just the usual “eat better” stuff. It was super easy to listen to while walking or doing dishes. Definitely re-listening and pretty sure I’m gonna grab the print version too.
