I'll Be Coming Back To This Again and Again

I've recently got into meditation and yes, it's, in part, to help with my anxiety. So, I was pleased to get hold of a copy of this work and I put it straight to use. Meditation is both easy and insanely complicated... I am at the easy stage but it gets progressively more challenging. The work here makes it simple to start reaping the rewards of meditation early but be aware, you're going to have to put in some time if you want to "git gud" at it too. The narration is clear and I found it very easy to follow. If you're looking for a meditation primer - this is as good a place to start as any. Please note: I asked for and received a copy of this for review. My opinion is, however, completely my own.
