Meditation is the best medicine!
I was having really bad headaches recently and these guided meditations really helped me use my creative visualization to imagine myself healing from them and it worked! Very good alternative for anyone that doesn't want to use conventional medicine to heal their body.

This audiobook helps put the terms into practice. The visualization techniques are really nice. Helped me relax my body to allow it to heal. I was struggling with a little knee pain from playing volleyball and this helped a lot.

Finally a meditation that works for me
This meditation audiobook has different meditations for things like anxiety and pain management. I loved the meditation for arthritis. I highly recommend this book

Sleep
I've been using guided meditations for sleeping and it seems to work. I've noticed that my back pains seem to lower its intensity every time I go to sleep listening to this. Very well done. I recommend to anyone that has back pain to listen to this before sleep.

Pretty amazing what the body can do
I'm a firm believer that the body can heal using just the mind. Even though I don't recommend relying only on the mind, it's a good tool for those that want to accelerate healing. This book was pretty good. Sweet music and narrator.

Great calming meditations
Guided Imagery for Self Healing.. This is a great audio, Emerson Wolfe has a gentle calming voice which allows you to go deep into meditaion. The accompanying background music is also very soothing. Good pace in this audio.
This will be one of my go to audio's for a gentle mediation.
