A must-read for anyone in the startup world

I just finished "Growth Levers"! 🌟 It's not just a book; it's a masterclass in identifying and executing strategic growth opportunities for startups.

Having had the pleasure of meeting Matt in London for a quick chat, I can attest to the depth of his expertise and his genuine commitment to fostering startup growth. I love new information, and I’ll never forget the lock analogy

The more deeper I dive into marketing and the more I’ve failed (along with 1.5 successes) I’ve learned the secret sauce is never the company that spent the most on ads. It’s almost always these little yet eventually obvious “hacks” “levers” or whatever you want to call simply “clever.”

Growth Levers mostly focused on interviewing, hiring and few specific growth related opportunities

It was good. I enjoyed some sections more than others and while the book may ne perfect for a start up owner, or an etrepreneur, it may not be best for marketers interested in learning growth.

Absolutely Worth It!

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect with this book. I downloaded it on a whim. I'm so glad it did! Matt Lerner shares insights helping startups achieve rapid growth. Lerner focuses on identifying and optimizing key drivers of business expansion. I found his data-driven approach and emphasis on experimentation to be enlightening. The case studies and real-world examples made the concepts tangible. This audiobook provided me with new ideas on how to analyze and scale my business strategically...and its been in business for 27 years. For entrepreneurs and business leaders aiming to accelerate growth, this audiobook is a valuable resource. Absolutely worth it!
