Easy to implement!!!

This was a great and short book to help me with relieving my everyday day stress…..I listened to this on vacation so I feel I was even more open to receive all these great techniques for calming my mind. These are all simple techniques that I feel I could practice daily. Thanks for writing this great book!!!
