A nice and detailed compilation of best practices

I loved the structure to deliver the best experiences and the frameworks the authors created.

Extremely useful if you are just about to start a DT.

The narration is devoid of life or emotion

The first problem with this title is the narration. It is completely flat, monotone doesn't even come close to describing it. If there wasn't a name in the Narrated by field, I would have sworn it was computer generated.

The second problem is the writing. They spend the first chapter describing what's in the other chapters. Additionally this book reads like a term paper or a case study; the words are formulaic. While the concept is an interesting thought, there's nothing revolutionary here.
