Very informative

This book is very easy to understand. It also gives lots of information for beginners and beyond. It cleared up a lot of my questions and concerns about IF.

Easiest fast your lifestyle

Enjoyed the fast broken down- what to eat during eating window.
I was hoping to hear if black coffee was okay with sugar substitute. Many different views on this online.

Just another fad diet tome

This is a short book full of poor advice. It misses the point of using fasting as part of a healthy weight control effort, and basically says Don’t eat, and when you do eat, eat a very weird restrictive diet.
