With this book, Spanish is as simple as ABC
So far, this is the best audiobook I have listened to. It is well-detailed and explanatory. The first lesson was very explanatory and directional. The amazing thing about this book is that each lesson has a lot in store for you. In lesson 1, I learned how to ask some questions in Spanish.

I am in love with this book
Oh Wow. Nice book. Great to have it. The idea is excellent, however, and although my wife and I are only two weeks into the plan we have already lost a number of pounds. The really great part about it is that the "fast" days aren't really fasting, just smaller portions of nutritious meals. It is a plan one can use over the long haul without feeling at all deprived. I am looking forward to losing about 50 pounds and hope to improve it and lipid levels as well.Loved this book.
