I loved it. it ended quickly but it was very nice. the imagery was pleasing. I had a difficult time with a few words because of the accent, still it gave the book character.

Great glimpse of innocent love

Wonderful short story. Gives you a glimpse of an innocent live and its lifelong effect as well as the darkness of the soul. The narrator does a great job imbuing the character feelings. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Borrowed From Somewhere

elegantly composed but the vibe of it owes too much to a pre-existing style or three, and yes that style is somewhat melodramatic. one can partly justify it as child's eye heightened reality.

a cute little story

it was an interesting story about this guy and his dad, he was remembering about a forest of his childhood and some other things that happened in there, now he have grown and wants to go back there. I liked that it was pretty easy to follow and to learn some things about what he remember. if there is a full novel about that one I would want to hear it or read it.

A nice spoonful of goodness!

This was a freebie and I downloaded to listen to on a short walk. Loved the narrator and the story intrigued me enough to look into the book it is spun from. Fun!
