It was an awesome experience with this book

This book is really worth paying for! I actually searching a book for a losing weight and this book caught my attention. Good for weight loss

This audiobook from rewiring brain Hypnosis is pretty useful for a number of things. It's good for actually liking the process of eating healthy. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation. And it'll definitely guilt you off the coach into exercising. It's a winner in my book!!

wonderful weight loss bundle

I'm really liking this bundle. It includes a lot of techniques and methods for healthy eating and to stop unhealthy habits. Brings awareness to bad habits and helps steer you in the right direction. Great for autocorrecting yourself and staying on track with your diet.

Awesome! Losing weight without trying

Awesome! Losing weight without trying. I sleep like a baby when I am listening to this book. I've listened to several highly rated hypnotists, but I like this one the best! He uses very soothing, calming techniques.

Excellent book

Ate intuitively my entire life and was always small. Once I started the diet roller coaster things quickly became unmanageable. My weight was never a problem when I ate what I wanted when I wanted. With today's constant barrage of information on what food is in at the moment everyone could benefit from this book.

Very Good

Excellent guidebook

Excellent guidebook, This book has given me guiltless enjoyment of eating back. I no longer have worries about what I should eat that’s also healthy so I don’t gain more weight. Or having to decide what I’m going to bring for lunch, or what to eat for breakfast.

Self care starts with the mind

Very nice! Good collection of sessions for losing weight that can be used at different times and used repeatedly. It's a nice thing to have along the journey of trying to lose weight and keep it off. I am pleased that I purchased this book. It has been helpful. Impressive and very helpful.

Absolutely amazing guidebook

So I was gorging a great deal in anticipation of this approaching eating regimen I in the end needed to begin. I'm not immensely overweight but rather like most ladies, I don't generally feel incredible about my body and nourishment decisions.
