Informative and helpful!
The author has provided information and advice for those people who want to like the science-based approach to healthy eating and weight loss. The author has discussed the results of natural weight loss thoughtfully. I am thinking of switching to a plant-based diet as a way of life as so many of my friends are raving about it, I hope to lose a few pounds but hopefully, feel better and healthier!

Ready to get started
I've struggled with the decision to leave meat alone for good. This is a great guide for me. It's loaded with great info on how and why to get started with a plant-based diet. Useful and delicious
Before this book my familiarity with plant-based diets was basically just that I know I should eat vegetables. I had no idea how extremely healthy it could be, not just for weight loss, but for overall health. And it actually tastes good!
