I've read several books on meditation but this is definitely the most comprehensive and the one that has managed to make me understand how to better manage my stress and not constantly vent in nervous hunger.
I will listen to it again and it will be my favorite mantra.

This book was incredibly educative! It’s not easy to find books that are as complete and well-written as this one, so it was truly a pleasure to read it. I personally liked Chapter 3 a lot, who knew so many factors could trigger stress and keep you from properly sleeping!
