Un Salvavidas para la Recuperación de Abuso Narci
Este libro fue como un salvavidas para mí, ya que estuve en una relación narcisista durante muchos años y me perdí completamente en esa relación. A través de sus páginas, encontré herramientas y perspectivas que me ayudaron a recuperar mi sentido de identidad y autoestima.
