¡Un audio-libro encantador!
¡Un audiolibro encantador! Bien. Funciona para mí y lo he intentado todo. Me siento en un escritorio todo el día y también tengo una condición de tiroides autoinmune, así que estoy sorprendido de que realmente funcione para mí. Es una gran manera sana de manejar mis problemas de alimentación también. Hago un esfuerzo para combinarlo con ser un poco más consciente para manejar mi alimentación emocional y su funcionamiento.
