Just really bad in every way
The previous reviews are quite accurate. I should have listened. I WANTED to like this book….. it’s just bad. The title throws you off…. It’s not what you expect and gives nothing. A waste of my time. So bad.

Since when is eating animals considered alkaline? This is a regular diet book and not alkaline. I’m super disappointed.

struggled to listen
this book was not written to endorse Dr. SEBI lifestyle at all. the person reading was very hard to listen to. I would not recommend this book if you wanted to learn more about Dr sebi and his protocols.

Scam: This is not Dr. Sebi teachings! Beware
Thank goodness I’m already familiar with Dr. Sebi teachings. I don’t get why people are trying to make money off of him by posing as a supporter but are out to get you to pay to hear them disprove Dr. Sebi

horrible representation of Dr Sebi
The book was promoted as a Dr Sebi product but the writer is very out of tune with Sebi, reality, studies, and facts .. total waste of money and will never buy another book by this author. The title of the book should be Anti Dr Sebi
