Great book

Very informational and entertaining. I've implemented a number of the suggestions and have found great results. I would highly recommend this, just make sure you download the supplemental reference PDF to go with the audio. You do need to read and look at those parts to get the full value out of the audio book.

Very interesting take on several areas of life

I really appreciate Tim's take on life - question everything to find a better way. I listened to the whole thing straight through without taking notes or acting on anything. Just wanted to hear it all first. Now, i'm going to listen to it with the intention of trying a few things that really stood out to me.

One note, I have tried the lentils for breakfast thing based on one of Tim's podcasts I recently listened to. It's unbelievable the additional energy and focus I've had throughout the day with this being the only change.

Average Narrative

There wasn't a good narrative for this book. It seemed more like an instruction manual with drugs than a lifestyle change. Narration was also average. His western accent took away from how Tim Ferriss really sounds like and the combination was just weird.
