Fantastic content for every single guy out there

I read this book last year and thoroughly enjoyed it, but I LOVE the audiobook, it just hits differently, I'd say it is more impactful.
The content is clearly laid out, the author at times makes suggestions as to how to handle a situation but encourages you to find what works best for you in that situation.
Full of big topics (such as discovering your values) and smaller ones (such as how to communicate in a direct manner) and hundreds of day to day things that are easy to employ and can ultimately change your mindset in an extremely powerful way.
This is an audiobook that I will revisit most likely once a year. I might skip certain sections that might not pertain to what I am working on at the time, but overall the book is a fantastic guide for any guy that wants to become the best version of himself that he can possibly be.
