great follow up

I'm really enjoying this series and look forward to more. great action and political intrigue. the narration is also done well. looking forward to more

Sequel

This was a good sequel to the first book. If you like violence, good amount of action, and ok with harem the. this is the book for you.

This is a great story. I like all the characters and how it's played out. Can't wait to start the next book.

overall the story is good, but it feels more like it's still setup the story with little progress. it's a bit chaotic too. mostly from the author adding more actors.

I need More!

part 2 was fantastic and I need part three as soon as possible. just need a little more actual dungeon diving to make it perfect

Another great book by Devan Drake. You will not be disappointed. Also the dual narration really brings the story to life.

Part 2 was excellent

This is much higher quality writing and content than many in this slice of writing. Even with the Captain’s cringy jokes.

Honestly hilarious with a truly inspired concept.

I’ve had several people in my life stare at me like I’m losing my mind while listening to these first 2 volumes. These books have had me madly cackling so many times it’s hard to count. Aside from that this book is truly interesting and the concept is inspired. I love fiction that weaves elements of our society and fluidly interweave fantasy elements. The immersion it delivers helps draw me deeper into the narrative being written. Hope there are many more volumes to come, and our resident buccaneer begins to pillage all of the many worlds in the realm of darkwyrlds!!!

Great Story, Great Male Performance

Love the series. It's unique and fun with Great characters and good pacing. The male characters are all well done. The female performer is not good. Her new female love interests all start off sounding like Patty from the Simpsons, then somehow magically change as the books go one. She has very limited range, and is a bad audio actor. 0/5 on her. She almost ruins the books.
