hilarious and very entertaining. definitely worth the credit. I laughed something when it came to the four girls.

Only read this if you like totally ridiculous stories

This book was ok some parts good, not much of a romance book more of a mafia action book. A lot of the stuff was completely ridiculous and I had a hard time believing it so I just fast forwarded through a lot of sections of the audio book. If you’re looking for a lot of romance and angst, this is not the book. There was definitely some steam, but not a lot. It’s mostly about for college girls who do ridiculous things.

As always Jason is fabulous. Eva did a great job tying the lines of all the families together in this book. I highly recommend reading the books in order.

Eva Winners FREAKIN’ DID IT AGAIN! Corrupted Pleasure kicks off the Kingpins of the Syndicate series, and let me tell you—this book is 🔥 mafia romance gold. If you’ve read her Belles and Mobsters series, you’re gonna be obsessed because so many familiar faces show up, I see you Alexi and Sasha! You don’t have to read those first, but you absolutely should.

Let’s talk about Liam... older Irish mob boss? Yes, please. He’s dangerous, powerful, and completely gone for Davina—his daughter’s best friend. Yum. And Davina? She’s a total firecracker. Smart-mouthed, fearless, and not afraid to put Liam in his place. She takes no shit. Their chemistry? Explosive. The sexual tension? Unreal. The drama? Peak mafia romance.

I was hooked from page one— constantly laughing at Davina and her chaotic, badass crew, swooning over Liam’s possessiveness, and absolutely living for all the forbidden, steamy, holy-shit-did-that-just-happen moments. This book is a wild ride, and I didn’t want it to end. I actually listened to the audiobook right after because how could I not?!

Narrated by Angelina Rocca & Jason Clarke—and listen, Jason Clarke, YOU. OWNED. LIAM. 😮‍💨 Swoon city, population: ME. His Irish mob boss voice? HOT. AS. HELL. 🔥🔥🔥 He brought all the alpha energy, and I felt every possessive, growly, dirty-worded moment. Like damn. Angelina Rocca was a perfect Davina—spunky, sassy, and totally captured her vibe. The dual narration made this even better. If you love audiobooks, this one is a must. Absolutely worth the credit, I promise.

🔥 Final Verdict? Mafia romance PERFECTION. Liam and Davina are everything, and I need book 2 like yesterday.

Amazing pre-quel to a new series.

This is the first book I have ever picked up from this author. Her storytelling really captures your attention and keeps you enticed! However, the reason why I gravatated to this book was because the one and only JASON CLARKE was narrating!! He could easily read the ingredients to an artificial cereal box and you will pay attention and buy!! Liam and Divina's main character's story was an interesting one, but the author definitely paved the way for all of the other characters and their own storylines.

I would call this “mafia light”. The story line was about 40% romance between the main characters and 60% about the MFC with her girlfriends. Also, I did have a slight problem with the huge age gap, it was too far apart for me (21/47). The narrators were perfect, especially Jason Clark (pant pant). He has such a deep, sexy voice. I would say the good reads rating on this book is correct. Happy Listening❤️

Good entertainment

Turned out to be very funny in the end. Couldn’t stop laughing there for a bit.

Great story, just wish the ending was more thought out.

The story was pretty great. In depth without feeling like it was just overly repetitive filler. Voices were great and expressive! Just really wish the ending was as thought out as the rest of the story. It felt like the author got to the last handful of chapters and just rushed to get it done.
It’s easy for me to say this though…I’ve never written a book in my life!😅 So take it for what it’s worth!
