A lot of what you'll hear here might be familiar if you suffer from low self-esteem. But it can't be overstated how important it is to hear it.
Of course, there are plenty of original tips here for building confidence as well. If it's new to you, great. If you've heard it before, hearing it again will only help.

Would you listen to Confidence: How to Be More Confident, Build Self-Esteem and Gain Self-Confidence Fast again? Why?
Yes, this is a book to listen to when you're feeling that your confidence is lacking. It's fast paced and you might not take all the tips in on a first listen through, you'll learn something new on further listenings.

No, I found it better to listen to in several stages so I could absorb all the information.

Lots of tips here (100!) and it covers all aspects of confidence. You'll learn tips and tricks to increase your confidence in a variety of situations. If you lack confidence in relationships, in your career or just have a fear of trying new things, you'll find some tips to help you. The reading is fast paced and snappy, you won't get bogged down in the dialogue. Even if you don't feel like you suffer from a lack of confidence, you might still find some good advice to use in your life and enhance your confidence levels. You might also find it useful for understanding people with a lack of confidence. It would be a useful book for employers to listen to, to encourage confidence in employees. As the tips come thick and fast, this book is best listened to more than once. I was gifted a copy of this book - all opinions are my own.

Who doesn't need a little confidence help?
Would you consider the audio edition of Confidence: How to Be More Confident, Build Self-Esteem and Gain Self-Confidence Fast to be better than the print version?
They are both good editions. I would say the print version is a tiny bit better because you can mark the things you need to remember and want to read again.

Quick and easy confidence
What did you love best about Confidence: How to Be More Confident, Build Self-Esteem and Gain Self-Confidence Fast?
What I liked was how quick it was to quick through, and it provided me with some things I hadn't thought about before. Sometimes you are so caught up, you forget the small things.
