Proper Human Diet

A lot of why…

This book is great but has a lot more why to do carnivore than how to do it. If you are looking to be convinced to start and learn about the benefits this book is for you. I switch cold turkey to the lifestyle while listening even though this book mentions a transition not an instant change. Anyways if you are looking for more of the how to eat on carnivore you might want to look more into the resources this book offers as well.

A must read for everyone - you will be amazed!

Having experienced the health benefits of a Carnivore diet for myself, I wasn't sure if this book would add anything to what I had already experienced and watched online - but oh boy was I wrong!

For someone who has no idea about the Carnivore Diet, this book is mind blowing and comprehensive - and for those of us that know a lot about being Carnivore it expands on the subject in so many ways and fills gaps that I feel every Carnivore would benefit from. And on top of that the book is just so well written that it's extremely entertaining :)

I think this is a must read/listen book for everyone and no matter your beliefs, experience or education on the subject of diet - you will be amazed!
