Interesting diet plan

I must say that I was very intrigued by the title of this book. I tried the Atkins diet years ago with mixed results, so I wasn't sure what to expect from this. What I discovered was something similar, yet more comprehensive and more sustainable long term. I am highly considering giving this diet a try to lose some weight that I've dealt with for years.

Feeling so much better

This year I wanted to change how and what I eat, as I am tired of yo-yo dieting. I had heard about the carnivore diet but really didn't understand what that meant. This audiobook does an excellent job explaining what the diet strategy is, how to harness it, and how it reduces inflammation and my weight. This book is expertly researched and written. The narrator is super easy to follow. I have been on the diet for two months and already feel so much better. I did have, at first, issues not having carbs, but when I increased my protein intake, those cravings subsided.
