Good clear advice for beginners

Health is the most important
There was a saying in my culture when I grew up, "If you have a good gut, your life will be colorful; if you have a bad gut, your life will be in black and white." It is not hard to tell how important it is to have a healthy gut. Highly recommend people to give this book a try.

i am always looking for ways to get off prescription medication and live holistically. i appreciate the insight the author has on natural healing. i plan to implement several of the suggestions in this book.
