Amazing book!❤️
One of the reasons i bought this book is because i loved Tam’s podcast so much and this book didn’t disappoint! I love that everything is summarized at the end and the explanation is easy to understand and to practice because we have homework after every chapter 🫶🏻

A book that I want to read-listen
qFeel so much more motivated after listening to this book. Another good part is that Tam Kaur read the book herself so it’s feel like I’m listening to stories and advices from a friend
