This has been a lifesaver. Table contents helps you search for your own needs similar to Al-Anon literature. A nice companion for it.

repetetive with few real solutions

maybe i didnt check the description well enough, but it felt like a repetitive message: detachment is good, it helps in all life areas, we recommend it...
without any real solutions for HOW to detach. i was hoping/looking for road maps.. no road maps here.. kind of like someone saying,"you should lose weight !you would look and feel better! this is universally agreed on. go ahead . start now. good luck." end of story..
