Excellent work - hilarious

I think Craig has done an excellent work here. He has included some great humor in a subject that is not easy while focusing on results. Well done.

awful, sexist metaphor early in the book

I refuse the finish a book where the author likens a good presentation to a short women's skirt. Should be pulled from sales
