great story and very convenient that everyone is a current or potential lesbian

I like the story and can't wait for book three. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was sometimes it was hard to keep up and I'd have to go back and listen again. That may be because it's an audiobook and changes would be more clear in an actual book. As always Abby Craden is the best reader out there

Love this series

Even better than the first. Great story with compelling characters, sapphic romance, action, mystery. All set in a paranormal world. I love everything. Great narration.

Very well written

It’s a really good book. But I was disappointed that we never get to see the sex scenes with Liv and Cait. There’s all these toxic relationships that have sex scenes but no tender loving ones between Liv and Cait. We don’t even know if they ever did have sex.

The characters

I love this book! The characters, action and plot its truly azaming! I have listened to this book so many times! I can honestly get lost in the story!

Cliff Hanger

This is an excellent story, but I did not like the cliff hanger, and there is not 3rd part to go to.

Black Mirror

This is the best, of this genre. Perfectly written and narrated. Good plot. Great character development. I Want the next in series Now! Also, the sex works with the plot and is not gratuitous. Thank you!
I highly recommend this to all who enjoy a story. You may want to binge this one.

Not sure I like the second book as much as the first. I don’t want to reveal spoilers so I’ll just say the relationship dynamics seemed strange to me and I felt like Cait’s character development was odd. Decent read though.
