Really enjoyed this one

Plenty of angst and miscommunication in this one, and it was also laugh out loud funny. I also teared up a number of times. Bottom line is: relationships are hard, and sometimes first impressions are a bitch, but a good family always wins.

Intertwined

I loved the idea of giving the back stories to the characters found in the book The Hideout. And the story was sweet and loving. I couldn’t stop listening.

A great read!

This sweet, angsty story is a must read. Caz and Hannah have my heart along with Hannah’s sweet daughter, Edie. The author does such a great job at exploring trauma from their past that leads to misunderstandings and miscommunications in the present. I appreciated seeing they way the worked through and clarified rather than shut down and disappear. So true to life and relationship communication issues.
I was completely drawn in to their finding their way to each other and strengthening their bond with just the right amount of fire and steaminess to move the story along.
