So Relaxing, Love!

This audiobook utilizes binaural beats to assist in restorative sleep by targeting Delta and Theta brainwaves, which are associated with deep relaxation and the deepest stages of sleep. Perfect for Relaxation and Better Sleep!

Incredible Results for Better Sleep!

Great

The intro gives a really good brief description of what is going in here. Then the different chapters are a variety of different sound scapes for you to listen to when you want to feel very relaxed or find a deep sleep. I definitely felt peaceful and relaxed while listening to this audio book. Would recommend for anyone struggling with insomnia.
