Soothing, Calming and Quieting
This was my first time learning about binaural beats and experiencing the sounds for myself. At first, I didn't know what to expect, but I played the sounds while finishing up work and I felt so focused! I definitely will keep on playing these sounds while working, studying, exercising, and meditating since the author does explain that consistency is the key to cognitive clarity. Highly recommend this to anyone who uses YouTube for trying to find mindful listening experiences while doing daily tasks. Great experience so far!

These Really Get Me Into That Flow State

My new favorite book!
This is now one of my favorite audiobooks. I put this on in the background while trying to tackle my insane to-do list, and I really noticed a difference, I was more focused, I got more stuff done, and didn't need as many breaks. I will be playing this every day from here on out. If you struggle with procrastination, or getting distracted, this book is a fantastic option, the sound track really got me in a flow, I felt focused and got more done in the past week then i have all month!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Who Knew the Power of Binaural Beats?
I was fascinated that the brain takes two different tones, each only separated by a few hertz, and creates a third tone. When I first listened to this book, lying on my bed in a meditation position, it felt like my body floated 6 inches above the mattress. I was hooked. I tried to limit myself to 15-minute sessions, but listening to this book is addicting! It adds an entirely different dimension to energy work. I love it! Thanks!

I feel great!
Honestly, I never knew this was a thing..but, with my kids out on Christmas break, I tried it today in my home office with my headphones and I was dialed into my work, highly focused, and VERY productive.

Increased focus during work!
I work from home and struggle with focusing with so many distractions around. I’ve been really enjoying just putting these sounds on in the background. It drowns out any other noise and I really zone into my work. Highly recommend for anyone who works from home or your office is very noisy. Will keep replaying this one!
