This is a Good overview for people
The book covers the basics of the diverse range of topics within real estate.This would be a good book for newbie investors, but more experienced investors wouldn't have as much benefit, obviously.

Fantastic Advice!
I was blown away by the amount of content this book delivered! I believe that anyone involved in real estate investing, in any niche or at any experience level, would gain tremendous insight from the advice given.
