awesome sequel
for me personally when it comes to a sequel and basically looking for everything that made the last book worth it and then some. in my opinion this book reaches that mark. it's an awesome little story so far that kind of help brighten up my day. the performance of the narration was on point in my opinion and the writing is quality. this is a pretty easy recommendation for me to anybody reading this review. the book is what it is and it's not apologetic for being its own thing. lastly, I'm simply going to say Well done to everybody who had a hand in bringing this story to us, the audiobook listeners.

So refreshing
I love this series the MC is soo powerful yet doesn’t care about power he cares about people, cooking, farming and his town. He is meek almost modest the lack of arrogance that usually comes with power is soo refreshing.

Delicious fun
Another mouth watering story, not really but the recipes described definitely helped decide where I'm going for my next outing. The story is very much an enjoyable slice of life with a crazy overpowered chef with his amazing (and one crazy) wives. And as always the amazing Jessica Threet is amazing, what ever she lends for talents to turns to gold.

This has been a lot of fun I fell in love with the characters in book one and book two is just as good and can’t wait for more

Don't mess with the cook
I've been waiting a while for this to come out and it did not disappoint the characters are just as great as ever and the voice actor is still on point the sex scenes are described well enough where it doesn't come off just as plain old smut I will warn you though the recipes will make you hungry enjoy
