Combat Anxiety in Relationships
I recently listened to “Anxiety in Relationships,” and it offered some insightful perspectives. As someone who has struggled with anxiety in relationships, the content was relatable and empowering. The author goes into detail about the body’s activities during anxiety and how to cope with the changes that take place. The anxiety assessment was eye-opening. The book’s guidance on transforming insecurities into strengths and the importance of effective communication in building trust was particularly enlightening. Placing an emphasis on our own accountability and the situation of “stable ambiguity” was particularly interesting. The experience, however, was somewhat diminished by the narrator’s voice, pronunciation, and voice inflections. The narrator’s demeanor and tone, voice pitch, etc. are all personal preference, of course. Despite this, the book’s valuable advice and practical steps make it a worthwhile listen for anyone seeking to improve their relationship dynamics.

Insightful
I really wish I'd had this wonderful book years ago, when I most struggled with feeling secure in my relationships (with friends and spouse). I had a long way to go to reach the point where I am today, but I can attest to the validity of the information put forth within these pages. To cultivate healthy relationships we need to find peace within ourselves first, and when we eliminate the underlying anxiety, we avoid so many problems. This is a calming and grounding book that I found very helpful.

Destroy Your Fears
This audiobook is going to help you get rid of unfounded fears, insecurities and the negative thoughts that hinder your relationship.
Anxiety is a problem these days, and I understand that too well. I've had a hard time letting go of trust issues, and my relationship suffered because of it. This book has put my fears and worry into perspective. It helped me see that I am still being affected by my past, and how it's harming my current relationship.
My favorite part (because it helped me the most) is that part where steps are given to overcome insecurity. I felt like the author was speaking to me personally. Kara Lawrence seems to understand the inner thinking behind emotional trauma.
For me, this audiobook is very helpful. I plan to listen to it again.

Anxiety and Insecurity
I really benefitted from listening to this audiobook. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I can tell you it has definitely had a detrimental effect on some of my relationships over the years. As I listened to this, I learned that the key ( for me) is my insecurities and fear of abandonment.. The way the author and narrator describe insecurities really struck home for me. This audiobook made things "click," and now I am hopeful I can move forward with knowledge and begin better and healthier strategies.
