Truly helpful insights + really fun to listen to

I really enjoyed listening to Beyond Anxious Attachment. Successful achievement of emotional freedom

Beyond Anxious Attachment Is engaging and enjoyable to listen to. This audiobook deals with transforming attachment styles in order to heal your relationship and achieve true emotional freedom. I have found this book to be very inspiring, enjoyable, easy to read and follow. In addition,the author provided many strategies, techniques and tools to utilize throughout the audiobook. This book also explains that at the time of our birth, we don't pick our lives, we have no choice but to just step into it. If we are lucky, along the way we develop the faith to do anything we set our minds to and this leads to self-confidence which gives us empowerment. On the other hand, If we are anxiously attached then we will need to gain self-confidence. The audiobook explains that empowered individuals can move from self-sufficiency to equal partnership even though they are experiencing the ups and downs of daily life. Beyond Anxious Attachment did a great job in explaining several issues that can result from people who exhibit that attachment style. Additionally, the book is well structured and provides the helps necessary to grasp control of your emotions and understand your partner’s emotions as well. This book gives a very clear explanation of several attachment styles and self-care Techniques. The author strategically explores the main causes of anxious attachment, such as childhood experiences or past traumas which assist a person in acquiring comprehension of their own habits and triggers. Finally, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who seeks understanding because it explains why people wish for attention and approval, and provides tools to modify behavior.
