Not What I Expected
The title of the book is "50 Things to Know to Live a Raw Vegan Lifestyle" this topic was not discussed. I was surprised to hear off-topic subject lines not connecting the title more into the subject matter of "Raw Vegan Lifestyle" not really fully covered in the material of this book.
