An excellent resource

This audiobook is of great value. It gives you a complete body and mind workout from a chair, which means you can exercise and be and feel fitter at any age. For me, this is more about injuries I have and I can use these exercises to work around them safely and build to more.

A great guide to getting fit!

This is an excellent guide to getting fit if you cannot do traditional forms of exercise due to an age-related condition or disability. Everything is presented clearly and productively, getting you involved and moving right from the start.

Everything you need for these chair exercises

This audiobook is awesome because it covers everything you need to know to exercise and stay fit in a fairly safe manner. You don't need any weights of fancy equipment, all you need is chair which if you're on audible you probably have access to one lol. These exercises are great because they are simple and easy to perform but no less effective. Its great for people who are short on time and dont want to spend a lot of money. What I also like is that this audiobook comes with a PDF version of the book so you can read it and follow along as you listen to the audio track, there are also illustrations in the book that teach you how to perform all the exercises as well. If that isn't enough, you even get access to video demonstrations with instructions on how to access them inside both the PDF you get and the audiobook in itself. Overall this book offers great value and this type of workout is a great addition and/or supplement to your life not just for seniors, but for everyone!

Very informative!!

This 10 minutes chair exercise is a great exercise for the beginners. expecially for the elders and for persons that are over weight.and it also helps to boots your muscles if you have a foot injuries. Well done to the author for writing such and awesome book.

Great for seniors with sore knees

I'm well into my sixties now and there are some days when my knees ache too much to go for a walk.
This book has a surprising amount of useful exercises to keep the blood flowing and give me a workout.
Here's a hint. If you get the audiobook, you get a pdf as well, which essentially means you get the book and the illustrations and access to everything.

A Book That Is True To It's Title

This book is amazing! Not only does this book give an ample amount of exercises that you can do with just a chair, it also gives great information on why each exercise is important and what it does for the body.

My favorite chapter is the Stretching Chapter. I've lifted weights my whole life as well as played sports competitively. The Stretching Chapter allows my body flexibility that I never thought possible.

And best of all, the book is narrated by Jeff Bower! If you don't know who Jeff Bower is, he is the narrator of the great sci-fi thriller series titled The Crimson World.
