What a wonderful story to get lost in… the time jumps are a little distracting but the story itself is so wonderful. Great choice of narrators. So easy to get invested in the story. I wish it was another hour or two longer. Pure bliss. Absolutely loved it!

I seriously almost did not finish… I struggled to get through the first 2/3 of the story. Seriously one of the most depraved female characters I have come across.. BUT I pushed myself through and the final 1/3 was worth all of the struggle. Actually turned out to be way better than I had hoped for.

If you like things a bit dark and have more than just a passing interest in BDSM... this is a great start. The story flows easily and it takes no time to feel invested in Brie and her world. She starts off without knowledge of BDSM but quickly realized how she was made for it. Many characters await you... all of them unique and well written.
I typically stay clear of single narration books... this one absolutely the exception because Pippa Jayne did an exemplary job.
