Terrific Story & Narration🎧Captivating & Heartfelt

I loved everything about this book, from Jane Henry’s writing to the story and characters she created to Wen Ross & Kai Kennicott’s duet narration. This is he 2nd “Ruthless Doms” book, it can be enjoyed on its own but I do recommend reading or listening to the first book too, it is just as awesome as this one. This book is Tomas and Caroline’s story, Tomas, the Pakhan, a mob leader, was introduced in the 1st book I found him to be intriguing then and even more so in this book when more about him is revealed. Caroline did not have an easy life, she was born into the Bratva life and lives under the rule of her brother Aren who treats her like crap. He also turns a blind eye when she complains about one of his men, Andros. When Tomas decides he wants a wife by his side he calls in a debt owed by Aren and he arranges a marriage for his sister. Caroline has mixed feelings, happy to be out of that house but unsure of this arrangement and what is expected of her. Tomas really surprised me, the alpha Dom has a softer side when it comes to Caroline. He was strict with her but he saw how damaged she was. I loved how everything plays out in this book, there is never a dull moment, with plenty of drama, angst, action, twists, some thrilling and suspenseful moments and some hot romance. I was very happen for how things turned out for Caroline, she deserved a HEA, as does Tomas. Thank you for another great story & emotional rollercoaster ride.

I listened to the Audible edition, Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross are talented narrators and voice artists. They continue to bring these characters to life, giving them their own voices and personality, as well as heart and attitude. They do a great job portraying the characters and speaking with different accents. I loved Wen’s Tomas and Kai’s Caroline, they sounded as I pictured them to. They are entertaining storytellers and their duet performance enhances the story to another level of greatness. Thank you for another great listen, it is always a pleasure to listen to your work.

Second Hit of the series.

Jane Henry does it again! Great characters, great story, all rolled into one tense, exciting story. Love reading a story that as you read it you know this could be real. Not way too much leaving you feeling like this is so far out it could never really happen.
This book and author I will recommend to everyone I know. Can’t wait for the next story.

The Series Keeps Getting Better

I love it when the narrator can nail an accent. Wen Ross is superb at playing a Russian character. Both narrators are perfection. The books are the best of the best. Thanks to Jane Henry for keeping me entertained for many hours.

I loved this story from beginning to end. yes it's got darkness in it but i love the understory as it unfolded. Kai and Wen did amazing on narrating Jane Henry's book.

Another Great Book!💜

Jane Henry has done it again! This series is absolutely amazing!!
The characters are ruthless yet lovable. The storylines are always intriguing with the power of the Bratva’s family and the loyalty they have for each other. I never thought of myself as a fan of mafia style genres until Jane Henry.
And don’t get me started on the narration. Kai Kennicot & Wen Ross are simply put, “freaking amazing”. The heart and soul they put into these characters along with the Russian accents are “Beyond Measure!” This is book 2 but is a standalone although I highly recommend this series!

Great Read

Beyond Measure (Ruthless Doms #2) was a great read by Jane Henry. Caroline has been scarred and locked away. She believes she tainted and tarnished. She doesn’t believe that she is worthy of friendship, love, or hope. She was born into the Bratva life and it is a life that is not her own. She is ripped away from home and forced to marry a man she never met, he is ruthless, possessive, and fierce. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.

My Two Pennies

This is the second installment of the Ruthless Dons series but can undoubtedly be read as a standalone. I’ve been reading them in order and I did enjoy Nicolai and Marissa’s story Tomas and Caroline are my favorite couple yet. This story is filled with non stop action, suspense and romance. Learning more and more about Tomas as the story unfolds has me falling for this man more and more. Caroline has had one helluva growing up especially with her brother, seeing what Tomas will do to protect those around him shows exactly what kind of man he is. The dominant man clearly comes forward more often then not and its presented in both a sexual way and a man that is in charge and is at the head of the table. The ending was one I was expecting to an extent but the details that caught me off guard were more then welcomed.

Another hit

Tomas and Caroline’s story was not a disappointment. Jane Henry again captures your interest and you can’t put the book/audio down. I have loved this series along with the wicked DOMS. This is another story that you still get to see other characters from the other books, but you do not have to have read them. I love getting to catch up with other characters and meeting other new ones. I cannot wait for any other books by Jane Henry especially from these series. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross have made the narration great so when you go between the reading or the listening you don’t lose any of the story.
