the first 6 chapters are REALLY hard to get through because the female complains A LOT she nags and bit**** about literally everything but after the cute BECK gets his way with her she is much more tolerable
and bravo to the author for writing one big sex scene last for 6 chapters. that was freaking HOT

Enjoyable Story
Great performance, enjoyable story, a little predictable but still good. Doing the wrong things for the right reason may not be the best approach, but it was interesting to explore.

Loved it!
The story pulls you in from the first chapter. Absolutely loved it so much I listened to it again after finishing it the first time! It made me feel like I was right there with all of the emotions. This is by far one of my new favorites!

I could not stop listening once I started
I don’t think I’ve EVER reviewed an audiobook before? But this one took me by surprise in the best ways. It felt like a fresh take on an already captivating trope (fake dating/engagement). Kat’s writing is INCREDIBLE and absolutely draws you in from the first word. The narrators felt like listening to the “real” people instead of actors. It was just flawlessly executed.
My favorite tropes in this book:
✨ex-boyfriend’s brother
✨fake dating/engagement
✨close proximity
✨one bed
✨HOT/funny email banter
✨”it was never fake to me”
If you’re a fan of steamy romances, absolutely RUN to this book. The only thing I’ll say in complaint is that you will be sad that you’ll never be able to read it for the first time again.
