Story
Vex and Vax have always been outsiders. A harsh childhood in the elite elven city of Syngorn quickly taught them not to rely on others. Now, freed from the expectations of their exacting father and the scornful eyes of Syngorn’s elves, the cunning hunter and the conning thief have made their own way in the world of Exandria. The twins have traveled far and experienced great hardship. But with the help of Vex’s quick wit and Vax’s quicker dagger, they’ve always kept ahead of trouble. Now, unknown perils await them in the bustling city of Westruun.

Story
Dare and his forces have won great victories against the Shalin Grand Consortium. With the criminal empire weakened, kingdoms across the continent have banded together to eradicate it from within their borders. All that remains is to defeat the last holdouts and, most importantly, capture Malin Meadowbrook and the Consortium's other leaders. Although that's easier said than done, when the gnome kingpin has turned paranoia into an art form and invested untold fortunes into creating a hidden stronghold only he knows the location of. Beyond that, looking out at the rugged beauty of the land he believes he can find a home here, at least for a time. There's no telling what the future holds for him on this new world, but his harem is growing and he wants to eventually be able to provide more for them than a life on the road. decent story and plot, not too sexualized, but also not prudish either.

MC is too docile for an end of the world situation, as well as too indecisive claims to want to protect his women, but too timid to squeeze the trigger to protect them... sorry but on a life or death situation during the apocalypse, I'm not going to pull my punches or quibble about the morality of ensuring me and mine live against the crazys trying to harm us... also he made too many questionable decisions, seriously wandering around in the apocalypse with just a 9mm... not very survivalist of him. sure I would have one for backup, as well as a big ass knife, but duh you want distance from the homicidal nutcases. So a Rifle or Shotgun would be my main go to... and if I got grenades I'm using those beaches anytime I were facing more then 3 baddies

I was hanging out with some buddies, doing a little caving, when everything went south. When I woke up, I was in some kind of medieval dungeon. Totally naked and in the dark. Luckily, I had a neighbor in a cell near me. One with a decidedly sexy feminine voice. When she explained to me that she was due to be executed and I was in line to be brainwashed, there was only one thing to do. We had to escape.

Slightly disappointing ending. There are not enough details in the epilogue. It doesn't really wrap up the story. instead it basically sets up a sequel series the BBG is dead. What's next? instead of the hero living happily ever after. He instead wants to found a new city and train all the future heroes of this new world he finds himself in.

Story
It was supposed to be a medical marvel. Instead, it triggered the apocalypse. Half of humanity mutated into mindless zombies. Half the survivors mutated into the inhumans: various new species of people with new appearances and abilities. Some grew scales, some grew fur, some could fly, some could survive only underwater. Decades passed, and from the ashes of the old world, a new patchwork civilization rose. Humans and inhumans lived in tentative peace, and the zombies turned out to be not much of a threat once a few generations of survivors had come and gone.

great story by Misty Vixen, and a very good performance By Ellory Lane, however the description of the story was not quite correct, yes there are plenty of badass warrior women, but David the MC is pretty Badass himself. Alot of his badassness comes from his character's growth throughout the story though so I guess one could argue that he wasn't initially badass...

Story
Two years ago, the end began. In 2036, a rapidly destabilizing climate culminated in a worldwide snowstorm that froze the entire planet. Billions are now dead due to starvation, disease, civil unrest, and the plummeting temperatures. What remains of humanity now live in small settlements or isolated makeshift villages, carving out miserable lives in this grim new reality. Some, like Chris Weston, choose to travel among the vast winter wastelands between the bastions of civilization. In the aftermath of the great collapse, Chris finds himself strangely suited for this new world.

I'm new to Misty Vixen's works, no complaints but damn either this author is a hard-core nympo with a very dirty mind, or she really plays to the perverse, and as a result not complaints will come out of me for it, but I can see why some people may be deterred from this particular works. I absolutely enjoyed this works. there is a minimal complaint about the performance, the female reader was very, very intense and enthralling, however the male is a very reserved in comparison. Overall this was an enjoyable listen.
