You'll release negativity, still the mind, and quiet the ego, as well as improve patience so you can feel more in control of your mind. Focus on internal growth through guided meditations and breathing exercises

Opening a new chapter each day with Jess's voice was calming and helped me stay focused. I do believe I have followed through enough to continue a meditation practice on my own. Thank you for the free Audible offer.

The guided narrations are powerfully simple and even more meaningful the second time around. The narrator’s pace and voice are gentle, never intrusive. This is a guided meditation set I will return to.

Just completed day one and love how this guided meditation helped me release thoughts and let them come and go. The way it’s explained helped me do it much easier.

I meditate daily and have done other guided meditations and I’ve found it challenging to let thoughts come and go with ease. I usually kind of get caught up by a thought and ride it for a bit until I think, “back to the meditation.”

But with this session, I was able to release them pretty easily and get back to the meditation without struggling and overthinking it.

I was looking for a way to learn how to meditate. This audible guided meditation teaches meditation in a manageable timeframe each day for 21 days. It guides the listener through a variety of meditation methods and ultimately instilled a new appreciation in me for this practice.

When I want to meditate but don’t know where to start, tuning into this guided practice is perfect!
Jess’ voice is calming and easy to follow.
I really love that each exercise provides a different experience. This allows you to discover your favorite meditation methods and visualizations. I will continue to use this 21 Days of Meditation for a long time to come! I’m very thankful for the benefits I’ve been able to receive!

I have meditated in the past, however using this guided meditation I was able to be more constant into this practice. Only 10 minutes a day that will bring you great benefits.

Great for me who’s new to meditation. But with all the talking, music, and coaching this isn’t for anyone who currently meditates.

Looks like the audio has been updated, as the music plays quietly in the background and Jess’s voice soothes you to a state of calm and quiet. I use this when I wake up at night and as a break to quieten down during the day.
Every day is different which helps with the concentration.
