well worth it if you're approaching a first house
far, far more informative than the first book 8 checked on this subject today (the awful one by Ralph Reid). i was thrilled to finally grasp the difference between a real-estate agent and broker (to which i said, oh! duh!) and to learn who pays the commission to the seller's agent and the buyer's agent! and so on.
