"This has been one of the most helpful and healing yoga Nidra meditations I have found. It helps me to feel more balanced, clear and energized. Relaxing and Enlightening

"After looking for ages I struck gold, this is an excellent aid for any aspiring yogi or person seeking a good meditative guide to tranquility. Worth the investment, I use it very often without tiring of the narrator. More than one variation to choose from.
like both session but the second is my favorite. Makes it easy to meditate for those like myself who have trouble keeping the mind focused on nothing."

"Well thought out, relaxing, overall excellent. Highly recommend for mental health, relaxation, mindfulness and improving awareness. "This audio-book is an important hearing for someone who really wants to take the yoga practice seriously. I find it interesting and something that gives me a key basis for my research. Book For Life

"This is not just a yoga manual. It's a book for life. I read it every day and I'm constantly finding hidden gems. I highly recommend that you request this for Christmas, etc. and buy it for everyone you know. This guided meditation is so easy and peaceful, I think it is the very best I've heard. Honest to goodness, it works!

"After the first week of using this technique, I awoke one morning, and I felt a pressing issue that needed to be dealt with immediately. I sat for meditation, and in about 20 minutes, I had released some old, stored up negative issues, felling much more at peace, and a sense of wellbeing. It is my goal of ending the suffering. This guided meditation is so easy and peaceful, I think it is the very best I've heard. It is great for anyone overtired or with body pain. What a lovely caring voice."
